The Bigg Boss OTT has broadened their horizons and now it is on the OTT platform. The first season of the show has been hosted by Karan Johar but later Salman Khan took over from the second season. And now Anil Kapoor has been roped in as the host of the show’s third season. Will Anil Kapoor be able to grab the eyeballs in the show? There are also rumours of the entry of some big names from the Television industry.
Siasat have reported that superstar Salman Khan charged a remuneration of Rs.12.5 crore per episode. Beside this, he had some special appearances for the finale and the grand premiere. Overall Salman almost earned Rs 300-350 crores from the show.
Reportedly, actor Anil Kapoor on the other hand, will be paid a sum of Rs 2 crore per episode for the Bigg Boss OTT 3 which is Rs 4 crore per week. The exact duration of the show is yet to be unveiled hence, the total paycheck cannot be calculated.
On comparing the salaries per-episode, it can be said, Anil Kapoor earns only 16% of the sum earned by Salman Khan for one episode. Superstar Salman Khan has earned his spot which is irreplaceable. Now the time only show if the Bigg Boss OTT 3 will find a place as its previous seasons. The Bigg Boss OTT 3 is to be premiered on June 21 at 9 PM.
