Elvish Yadav Snake Venom Case Update: Youtuber’s Phone Sent to Forensic Lab to Recover Deleted Data

Popular YouTuber and Bigg Boss OTT season 2 winner, Elvish Yadav, finds himself embroiled in yet another controversy, this time concerning his alleged involvement in procuring snake venom for parties. Reports indicate that Elvish purportedly utilized a virtual telephone number to communicate with associates in order to obtain snake venom and snake charmers for his events. Now, following these revelations, his phone has been sent to a forensic laboratory for further investigation.

The unfolding saga gained traction after the Noida police filed a substantial 1,200-page chargesheet against the YouTuber, outlining various accusations related to the case. According to reports, the 26-year-old’s troubles may escalate as authorities have dispatched his and his accomplices’ phones to the lab to recover deleted data. Suspicions are high that crucial evidence might have been erased from their devices, potentially impacting the snake venom case. The investigative process is estimated to span 15-20 days.

The chargesheet lodged by the Noida police presents grave allegations against Yadav. In addition to allegations of employing a virtual telephone number to procure snake venom, reports suggest his involvement in communicating with snake charmers. Notably, a poisonous snake and 20 millilitres of venom from the Krait species were allegedly seized from the location under investigation.

It’s purported that Elvish utilized the virtual number to liaise with his associate, Vinay, who in turn relayed specific instructions to Ishwar. Subsequently, Ishwar reportedly communicated these messages to snake charmers regarding their requirements. The police claim to have uncovered evidence of Elvish’s virtual contact in Vinay’s call records, further implicating him in the alleged activities.

For those unfamiliar with the case, a complaint has been filed against Elvish Yadav under the provisions of the Wildlife Protection Act, 1972, and for criminal conspiracy under Section 120B of the Indian Penal Code (IPC). This action followed Yadav’s arrest in connection with the snake venom case. He stands accused of supplying snake venom at his rave parties in Gurugram and Noida. Despite asserting his innocence, the Noida police maintain they possess evidence warranting further investigation. Following a brief stint in jail, Yadav was released on bail after five days.

This latest development adds to the string of controversies surrounding Yadav in recent times. His popularity as a YouTuber and his triumph in Bigg Boss OTT season 2 have not shielded him from scrutiny and legal entanglements. The unfolding events highlight the complexities and potential legal ramifications associated with such cases.

As the investigation progresses and forensic analysis of the phones ensues, the spotlight remains firmly fixed on Elvish Yadav. The outcome of this case will undoubtedly have far-reaching implications for the YouTuber’s career and reputation. For now, the public awaits further developments as the legal proceedings unfold.
