Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah actor Gurucharan Singh has been missing for 11 days. His father filed a missing complaint and said that his son had left Mumps on April 22 at 8:30 pm.
Now it seems like Gurucharan Singh has “planned” his own disappearance. News18 has reported that the actor has left his phone in the Palam area of Delhi and “moved out of” the city.
News 18 has quoted Delhi police source which says, “He left his phone in the Palam area. We are trying to find but it only makes it more difficult for us to trace Gurucharan Singh, because this means that the phone is not with the actor. In the CCTV footage we recovered that he was seen moving from one e-rickshaw to another. Looks like, he had planned everything and has moved out of Delhi.”
Gurucharan gone missing on evening of April 22. His father then filed a missing complaint which says that Gurucharan left for Mumbai on April 22 at 8:30 pm. Then the acto5 left his home for his flight to Mumbai. But he never reached Mumbai nor he returned back to his home. His phone was also unreachable from then.
After the complaint, Delhi Police Special Cell Visited the actor’s house for investigation. An FIR has been already lodged by Delhi police under Section 365 (abduction). He was last seen near Delhi airport on April 22. According to the police, CCTV footage cited that he also had a backpack with him.
Gurucharan has become a household name after he played the character of Roshan Singh Sodhi in famous TV show Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah. Gurucharan left the show in 2013 and again returned next year. Then he finally left the show in 2020. Gurucharan’s character was replaced by Balwinder Singh Suri.
