The Greatest Of All Time movie starring Thalapathy Vijay is to be released on OTT within a month after the theatrical release. Details inside.
Thalapathy Vijay yet again flexed his superstardom and stronghold on its Tamil audience with his latest release The Greatest Of All Time. Majorly the movie was released in Tamil Nadu, Karnataka and Kerala. The movie made a smashing opening of ₹45 crores at the Indian box office. The movie showed a good hold, raking in ₹71 crores within two days. After such a smooth theatrical run, now the movie is all prepared for it’s release on the OTT platform.
Helmed by Venkat Prabhu, the action entertainer have marked Vijay’s 68th film (Thalapathy 68). It is also said that the movie will be the star’s second-last film before being full-time politician. As this is Vijay’s second-last appearance on the big screen, fans are flocking to theatres in large numbers. This have helped the movie to register a strong total on the board. Unlike other Kollywood releases, The Greatest If All Time is also to have a 4-week OTT run which means the movie will be on OTT after 4 weeks of the theatrical release. The movie is to be streaming on OTT from 3rd October onwards.
Netflix have already acquired the streaming rights of Vijay’s movie The Greatest Of All Time for a hefty amount. So, the movie is to premier exclusively on Netflix from 3rd October.
GOAT hit the theatres on September 5 in Tamil, Telugu and Hindi languages. The movie also features Prabhudeva, Mohan, Prashanth, Ajmal Ameer, Jayaram, Sneha, Meenakshi Chaudhary and Yogi Babu in crucial roles.
Trisha Krishnan and Sivakarthikeyan also has cameo appearances in the movie.
