Actor Sonu Sood have called up for an eco-friendly Ganesh Chaturthi celebration. He also said that we should remember that it is our responsibility to take care of the environment. Here’s what he said to his fans.
Unlike other celebrities, Sonu Sood too extended his well wishers on Ganesh Chaturthi to his fans. The actor has also asked his fans to keep in mind about the responsibilities towards the environment and celebrate in an eco-friendly way.
Sonu while speaking to ANI said, “We all should opt for eco-friendly ways to celebrate Ganesh Chaturthi. We should not forget our environment while indulging in festivities. Sonu took to his Instagram account and shared a glimpse of the his residence’s Ganesh Chaturthi celebration. The actor was seen alongwith his wife Sonali and their children, Ishant and Ayaan. They all was seen standing infront of the Ganesh deity. The caption read, “Ganpati Bappa Morya.”
The festival of Ganesh Chaturthi is a ten-day vibrant one. The festival is celebrated all over the country. From all over India, devotees bring the Ganesh daity to their homes. They observe fasts, prepare traditional offerings and do pandal hopping.
The devotees visit temples and seek the blessings of the almighty. They also bring Ganpatti Bappa home to decorate the place with flowers. Devotees celebrate Ganesh Chaturthi in their special ways. The festival will conclude on Anantha Chaturdashi.
The actor by seeking the blessings of Lord Ganapati said, “Fateh is a special film. With it, I am making my directorial debut. I hope ‘Fateh ki fateh’ zaroor ho (May Fateh reach greater heights).”
Sonu Sood is all set to release his upcoming action drama Fateh. The movie is to mark as the directorial debut of the actor.
