Yudhra has been directed by Ravi Udyawar and has been produced by Farhan Akhtar. The film also features Gajraj Rao, Ram Kapoor, Raj Arjun, Raghav Juyal and Shilpa Shukla.
Yudhra trailer have been released on Thursday. Siddhant Chaturvedi and Malavika Mohanan’s starrer have been co-produced by Ritesh Sidhwani and Farhan Akhtar under the banner of Excel Entertainment. Siddhant plays the role of a man with anger issues and is sent on a mission.
Siddhant’s character can be seen in the beginning of the trailer where Yudhra narrates the story before his death. He says that his story has been connected to the Mahabharat except he’s not Abhimanyu, he’s his father Arjun. He works in a factory and is involved in violence with his co-workers. He crushed omd of their hands in a machine. Views are told that he had anger issues with his girlfriend Nikhat, Malavika Mohanan, asking him to control his temper for her.
Siddhant in the movie seems to have a dark past, with someone alluding that his father was the same. Soon, Yudhra is asked to take down a drug mafia, and several other characters are introduced. He says this is not the first time he has almost died. Yudhra also features Gajraj Rao, Ram Kapoor, Raj Arjun, Raghav Juyal and Shilpa Shukla. The film is set to hit the theatres on September 20. Siddhant and Malavika took to their Instagram and by sharing the trailer wrote, “Death is his companion, revenge is his motive and redemption, his only escape. Witness the world of Yudhra! #YudhraTrailer Out Now.”
The filmmaker also recently released Siddhant and Malavika’s character posters from the film. In her poster, Malavika could be seen in a black top and matching pants while looking sharply at the camera. Siddhant can be seen decked up in a suit and smoking in a swag by giving intense expressions.
Farhan while sharing the trailer also shared more posters on his social media. He can be seen with full of anger with a lollypop in one hand and a gun in another. Siddhant’s shirt and hands can be seen stained in blood. The second poster features the pairing of Siddhant and Malavika in which both looks intense and they too are covered in blood.
