Salman Khan while shooting for his upcoming movie Sikandar, developed a rib injury last month in Mumbai. Here’s what happened to the superstar.
Salman Khan is slowly recovering from the rib injury which he developed during the shoot of his upcoming film Sikandar. Recently, the actor was seen at a Bigg Boss event in which he confirmed about the injury which he had last month. He initially didn’t thought it was a severe injury as he broke his ribs.
Previously Salman Khan was seen in discomfort at a kids’ event. He was seen clutching his side frequently. The actor was even struggling to sit down and stand up. After the same event, his injury was confirmed. The actor didn’t even cancel his appearance because of his injury. After that too Salman Khan kept his professional commitment and came for a photoshoot of the upcoming season of his TV show Bigg Boss. During the shoot on Thursday, he by gathering the paparazzi confirmed the his two ribs have broke.
Recently, Salman Khan appeared in a video in which he can be seen on his way into his vanity van. The actor was surrounded by too many photographers. The actor is then seen politely making cautious to the photographers to maintain a safe distance. He says, “Aaram se, do pasliyan tooti hain (Be careful, I have two broken ribs).”
Soon after the video emerged online, his fans started dropping good wishes for their favourite actor. A fan wrote, “Get well soon Salman Bhai.” Another commented, “Always the Bhai.” “It’s time Mr Salman Khan took his rib injury seriously. My prayers are for his early recovery,” said another. Another person wrote, “Nothing is more important than health… take care Salman sir.”
Despite of his severe rib injury, Salman once again proved his dedication for his commitments. The actor was seen in Mumbai attending the Bacche Bole Morya event on the same day of his injury. Each and every video showed how the actor was wincing in pain as he was seen touching his ribs cage.
Organiser Amruta Fadnavis by praising the commitment of Salman said, “Despite being hurt and unwell, he still made it to the event, showcasing his dedication to the environment. Thank you, Salman.”
Later, Salman’s close source confirmed about the actor’s injury. He also assured the injury not to be severe. “Salman is doing fine, and the shoot for Sikandar is proceeding as scheduled, without any delays.” He said to ANI.
Salman Khan’s upcoming mega project is Sikandar. The movie is scheduled to ne released next year, on the occasion of Eid. The movie have been helmed by AR Murugadoss and is produced by Sajid Nadiadwala. The movie is expected to be an exciting one with Salman’s diverse filmography. The fil also features Rashmika Mandanna as the leading lady in the film. This fresh pair have already created a significant buzz amog the fans.
