Rumours have been heard about the movie of being released on either May 30, August or during the last quarter of 2024.
Prabhas’s much anticipated film Kalki 2898 AD has been set to release in 2024. The film is helmed by Nag Ashwin. The movie also casts Amitabh Bachchan, Deepika Padukone, Kamal Hasan and Disha Pantani. The film is known to be a science fiction dystopian thriller which is based on Hindu mythology and the last avatar of Lord Vishnu i.e Kalki. The film has been shot in Hindi and Telugu.
Kalki 2898 AD is scheduled to hit the theaters on May 9,2024. But tur election date has caused a confusion regarding the date of the film. Rumours have been head that the realising date is set either on May 30, August or during th4 last quarter of 2024. However a new update revealed that the makers will announce a new date soon.
123 Telugu have reported that a web portal mentions that the makers recently have wrapped up the film’s shoot. The report also states that the makers will officially announce a new release date on April 17 2024 (Wednesday). Reports also state that the maker have decided the release date on June 20,2024. After all this all we can do is wait and watch if we get further updates by the makers next week.
In Kalki 2898 AD, Prabhas is to porter the character of Bhairava. Amitabh Bachchan can be seen as Ashwatthama and Deepika Padukone’s role ha not been revealed yet. However Kamal Haasan ha revealed that he will make a special appearance in Nag Ashwin’s sci-fi thriller.
The makes are likely to share an animated prelude for the film before the film’s release. The prelude is to be released on Netflix. This will help the audience get a background idea about the film. The movie begins where the prelude ends. The makers of the film have not yet confirmed about the news of the release of an animated introductory film.
