The duo has already teamed up for the successful film “De De Pyaar De” and its anticipated sequel, “De De Pyaar De 2.” Now, they are gearing up for their third collaboration, which promises to be an exciting project. According to highly placed sources, Ajay Devgn’s next film, directed by “Mission Mangal” director Jagan Shakti, will be produced by Luv Ranjan. The upcoming film is described as a big-budget, high-concept action movie that will showcase Ajay Devgn in a completely new avatar. “Luv, Jagan, and Ajay are thrilled to explore this action genre together in their next directorial. The film is set to go on floors by December 2024 and is scheduled to hit the big screen in 2025,” a trade source revealed.
The trade source further elaborated that after the shelving of “Hero No. 1” with Tiger Shroff, Jagan Shakti approached Luv Ranjan with his script. Luv Ranjan, who has been looking to expand his banner, was instantly impressed by the script and saw it as a perfect fit for Ajay Devgn. “Luv is excited to venture into the action genre, and what better way to do it than with Ajay Devgn in the lead. Upon hearing the script, Luv knew it was a premise suited for an actor of Ajay Devgn’s caliber. Ajay heard the subject and immediately gave it his nod,” the source added.
