Is It True That Madhuri Dixit, Vidya Balan, Kartik Aaryan, and Triptii Dimri Are Shooting a New Version of ‘Ami Je Tomar’ for Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 in Mumbai? Read More to Know

Get ready for a thrilling ride this Diwali with Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3, led by Kartik Aaryan. The film promises to continue the legacy of its popular predecessors, offering laughter and suspense in equal measure. Excitingly, audiences can expect a dance showdown between Madhuri Dixit and Vidya Balan, with reports indicating a spectacular performance on the iconic song ‘Ami Je Tomar’.

According to a recent report in Mid-day, the film’s third schedule is underway at Mumbai’s Film City, with Kartik Aaryan, Vidya Balan, Madhuri Dixit-Nene, and Triptii Dimri gracing the sets. Director Anees Bazmee has meticulously planned a 15-day shoot filled with horror, action, and, of course, the eagerly anticipated dance number.

Fans fondly remember Vidya Balan’s mesmerizing portrayal of Manjulika in the 2007 original, particularly her captivating dance to ‘Ami Je Tomar’. This song has become synonymous with the Bhool Bhulaiyaa franchise, and composer Amaal Mallik is set to deliver a fresh interpretation of this beloved classic.

A source revealed, “Art director Rajat Poddarr and his team have constructed a grand set resembling a vintage mansion found in West Bengal at Film City. Choreographer Chinni Prakash has envisioned the song as a classical dance number featuring Kartik, Vidya, Madhuri, and Triptii, set against this backdrop. As in the previous instalments, the song will play a crucial role in the narrative.”

After the Mumbai schedule, the team plans to take a brief hiatus before wrapping up shooting by May 10 and heading to Europe for a romantic song featuring Kartik Aaryan and Triptii Dimri.

Earlier, the team completed filming in the vibrant city of Kolkata, where director Anees Bazmee scouted for the perfect spooky locations. Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 is slated for a Diwali 2024 release, promising audiences an unforgettable cinematic experience.
