Reportedly Bigg Boss 17 winner Munawar Faruqui has married for the second time. According to the reports of Times Now, Munawar got married earlier this month to Mehzabeen Coatwala.
According to a source, “Yes, Munawar is now married. Usne shaadi kar li hai. Woh yeh sab under wraps rakhna chahta hai tabhi koi khass pictures bhi nahi milega apko (He got married. He wants to keep it under wraps; hence, you would not find any pictures of the two).”
The source added further, “Only the couple’s near and dear ones were present for the ceremony. It was an extremely close-knit function”. As per a social media page, Munawar Faruqui has performed nikah with Mahzabeen Coatwala who is a makeup artist.
As per the reports, a social media page has shared that the actor have tied the knot before two weeks. The couple had their wedding reception on Sunday at Mumbai’s ITC Grand Maratha.
Reportedly the marriage was an intimate affair. Munawar’s actor-frienr Hina Khan was invited in their celebrations. Hina has shared her pictures on her Instagram stories and added the song Mere Yaar Ki Shaadi Hai in the background.
Munawar in one of the episodes of Bigg Boss 17 has revealed that he had married thr girl which his family chose for him and his wedding didn’t work out. When Munawar was asked about it he said, “I don’t want to talk about her. It just didn’t work out.”
In a reality show named Lock Upp, host Kangana Ranaut by showing Munawar a picture of a woman and a kid asked about it, he said, “I don’t want to talk about this. Not on social media, not on a platform like Lock Upp. This is not something I want to talk about… I am not hiding anything, but we have been separate for the past one and a half years. Court ki cheezein ho rahi hain (The matter is in the court) and I do not want to discuss that. It has been difficult.”
Munawar has won the title of Bigg Boss 17 with the highest number of votes. The actor won a generous amount of cash prize along with a new car and thr prestigious trophy.
Alongwith Munawar, other found finalists were Abhishek Kumar, Mannara Chopra, Ankita Lokhande and Arun Mashettey. Munawar is a stand-up comedian, rapper and a singer. Recently his latest track Dhando has been released. The song is his first musical release after leaving the Bigg Boss house.
