Reportedly, Ankita Lokhande has been approached to be the part of Karan Johar’s Student Of The Yeat 3, but the actress denied the offer.
Ankita Lokhande’s last film was with Randeep Hooda in the film Swatantra Veer Savarkar. According to the reports of News 18, Ankita was approached for Karan Johar’s Student Of The Year 3 but she haven’t accepted the offer. Student Of The Year is being turned into web series with its third part which was announced recently.
It was reported by a source that Ankita has rejected the offer. But after the news, Ankita’s publicity team had denied all the reports by saying them all to be false and Ankita was not a part of the project.
Karan had announced in April that Reema Maya is to direct the digital version of the film. The announcement have been made in Chandigarh at a film festival. According to the rumours, Karan Johar is to cast Shanaya Kapoor and Ibrahim Ali Khan for SOTY 3. The official announcement regarding this is yet to be made.
Student Of The Year (2012) was the debutant film of Alia Bhatt, Varun Dhawan and Siddharth Malhotra. The second installment of the film featured, Ananya Pandey and Tara Sutaria. While talking about SOTY, Karan said that it would be Reema’s world that is to be shown in the digital version.
