Reportedly Amitabh Bachchan has been admitted to Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital in Mumbai. Bhaskar.com has reported that the actor is admitted for an angioplasty. Reportedly, Amitabh Bachchan was suffering from shortness of breath and had to undergo an operation for his heart. According to a report bt Indian Express ‘doctors at Kokilaben Hospital confirmed that Amitabh Bachchan underwent an angioplasty ‘ at the hospital early this Friday. They also called that an official statement in this regard will be ‘issued by his PR team later in the day.’
Amitabh Bachchan penned on X on Friday,“T4950- in gratitude ever….” He also posted a video of his recent event promoting his Indian street Premier League (ISPL) team.
ABP have reported that Amit ji felt sick and had been admitted at Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital and Medical Research Institute in Mumbai. He was feeling uneasy while attending events and he was taken to the hospital for a checkup. Then the doctor suggested him to undergo the surgery of his heart. The situation is under control now and Amit ji is better now.
Amitabh Bachchan underwent a surgery for his wrist earlier this year. Amit ji wrote;“The ISPL, as has been promoted and delivered in adverts,is well on it’s way to fructification and all the owners and members that are involved, were needed to be in immortalised picture frames. So yes,a photo cum meet shoot…. a very quick in and out between the evening hours…. Such a joy…. Akshay, one of the owners… and an explanation to him about the surgery on my hand.”
