Kareena, Tabu and Kriti starrer ‘Crew‘ earns Rs 10.28 cr on it’s first day. The female led film manages to be the third highest opener of 2024.
According to the early estimates the film has opened to Rs 10.28 cr in India. The film becomes third biggest opener of 2024 after ‘Fighter ‘ and ‘Shaitaan’.
‘Crew’ has minted Rs 20.07 cr on it’s opening day. The makers shared the official opening day numbers of the heist comedy on Saturday.
The film is helmed by Rajesh A Krishnan. Kapil Sharma can be seen in a cameo role in the film. Ekta Kapoor and Rhea Kapoor are the co-producers of the film. ‘Crew’ also features Sonam Kapoor, Swara Bhaskar, Shikha Talsania and Diljit Dosanjh.
Kriti wrote, “HISTORIC! We are overwhelmed with love for our Crew! (red heart emoticon) The Biggest Female Led opener in the History of Hindi Cinema Worldwide! Crew is in Cinemas NOW!”
Ekta Kapoor shared the box office update through her Instagram account and wrote, “For me@THIRD TIME BEBO HAS DONE THIS! #udtapunjab #veerediwedding n now #crew,”
