Janhvi Kapoor Hospitalized For Food Poisoning; To Be Discharged Within 2 Days; Report

There have been news that Janhvi Kapoor have been hospitalized has been confirmed by her father Boney Kapoor. Janvi fell sick while promoting her upcoming movie Ulajh.

Actor Janhvi Kapoor has been busy for the promotions of her upcoming film Ulajh and she had to be hospitalized due to serve food poisoning. In an interview with NDTV, this news has been confirmed by her father Boney Kapoor. The producer shared that Janhvi will be discharged from the hospital within a day or two.

The actor’s close source confirmed the news to Hindustan Times and shared that Janhvi has been admitted to a hospital in South Mumbai on Thursday. This news has also been confirmed by Boney Kapoor to NDTV. The producer said that her conditions is better now and she is likely to recover in one-twp days after which she will be discharged from the hospital.

As per the reports, Janhvi has returned to Mumbai from Chennai on Tuesday. She was unwell on Wednesday due to which she decided to not go out.

Since few days, the actor has been juggling between her personal and professional life. She was recently seen attending wedding celebrations of Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant. After that, she dived into promotional activities for her upcoming film Ulajh, where she portrays the role of Suhana Bhatia.

Janhvi will be next seen in Ulajh as Suhana Bhatia who is a young diplomat who has been entangled in a web of intrigue and conspiracy. The film has been directed by Sudhanshu Saris. The movie promises a gripping narrative which has been set against the backdrop of high-stakes international diplomacy.

Recently, the trailer of the movie has been unveiled which shows Janhvi’s character Suhana who is the youngest Deputy High Commissioner, navigating a perilous path where every move is scrutinized. Her portrayal challenges stereotypes, addressing the issue of nepotism head-on amidst the complexities of her career-defining assignment at the London embassy.

Her colleagues doubt her competence, questioning her abilities as mere nepotism, adding layers of tension to the plot. Gulshan Devaiah joins the cast as a mysterious undercover agent, injecting further suspense into the narrative. The trailer teases a labyrinth of secrets and betrayals, hinting at an internal leak that jeopardizes the lives of undercover agents and throws Janhvi’s character into a desperate struggle for survival.

The movie also features Adil Hussain, Meiyang Chang, Rajendra Gupta, and Jitendra Joshi. The movie has been scripted by Sudhanshu Saria and Parveez Shaikh and the dialogues are by Atika Chauhan. The movie is to hit the theaters on August 2.
