Chhota Bheem is a renowned animated superhero series. The cartoon remains to be the source of entertainment in every Indian family. After ruling the television for years, Chhota Bheem is now all set to debut at the big-screen. On Thursday Verteran actor Anupam Kher unveiled the teaser of ‘Chhota Bheem and the curse of Damyaan.’ The film is directed by Raju Chilaka and is produced by Raju Chilaka and Megha Chilaka.
Veteran actor Anupam Kher, who plays the character of Guru Sambhu , shared a post that showed an intense fighting sequence after which the makers have finally dropped the film’s teaser Anupam Kher by sharing the teaser of the project on Instagram wrote, “#Chhota Bheem ab Bade Pardhe pe! Join Bheem and his fearless gang as they face off against Damyaan to protect Dholakpur.”
The begining of the teaser is of aerial shots of “Dholakpur”, the fictional town where Chhota Bheem and his gang are set to live. Then the story begins with a audio of portraying the story and says Dholakpur used to be peaceful place till the evil forces laid their eyes on it. The teaser also introduces Bheem, Chutki, Raju , Jaggu and Indumati. It also introduces Kalia and his minions – Dholu and Bholu. A glimpse of the serpent King Damyaan is also shown and he wants to take over Dholakpur.
‘Chhota Bheem and the Curse of Damyaan ‘ will be in theatres on May 24. The announcement of the film was made in Mumbai last year on the occasion of celebrating 15 years of the much-loved animated series.
The role of Guru Sambhu is played by Anupam Kher. Aashriya Mishra is in the role of Chutki and Surabhi Tiwari plays Tuntun Mausi. The teaser portrays Dholakpur is all about adventure, mystery and heroism and Chhota Bheem is always the saviour of Dholakpur. The teaser not only has top class action sequence but also has depiction of sorcery through VFX. Niraj Vikram has penned the script of the movie. The main character of Chhota Bheem is played by Yagya Bhasin.
The director Rajiv’s Chilaka said , “Chhota Bheem is one of the most beloved character in the world of animation. It was high time we brought him to life and I am certain that children and their whole family everyone will adore it. Our cast has done remarkable work on this film and I can hardl wait to share it with you all. The live action entertainer ‘Chhota Bheem and curse of Damyaan’ is stated the release on May 24,2024.
