Aayush Sharma’s latest action movie Ruslaan earns less than Rs. 1 crore nett on day 1 in theaters.
Ruslaan is helmed by Karan Lalit Butani. Aayush Sharma is the lead role and Sushrii Shrey is the female lead of the film. The movie also stars Jagapathi Babu and Vidya Malvade. Sacnilk.com has reported that the movie has minted Rs.60 lakh on Friday in India.
Overall the film had an income of 6.42% Hindi occupancy on its first day. The film has the highest occupancy of 16% in Chennai.
Aayush Sharma married Salman Khan’s sister Arpita Khan and started his career in 2018 with the film loveyatri. The film was backed by Salman Khan Films (SKF). After that he also played a role alongside Salman Khan in 2021’s film Antim: The Finam Truth.
During the trailer launch of her movie, Aayush said, “In my earlier two films, I shared the screen with him (Salman Khan). He has seen the film and his blessings are always there with me. With this film, I am stepping out in the real world and working with new people. I hope I make him proud,”
Salman Khan attained his brother-in-law’s movie Ruslaan’s screening on Thursday in Mumbai. Khan posed on the red carpet with sister Arpita, Aayush and their kids. Arbaaz Khan also attended the screening of brother-in-law.
Salman Khan urged his followers to watch Ruslaan in theaters. By giving a shoutout to the film he took to his Instagram and wrote, “Ruslaan releasing on 26th April… go watch it in the theatres near you.”
Ruslaan is a action-packed movie. The story is about Ruslaan who rebels to break free from the chains of conformity. The movie also casts Telugu star Jagapathi Babu who was also seen in Salman Khan’s film Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan (2023).
