Janhvi Kapoor’s hard-hitting thriller Ulajh’s trailer has been released. The fast-paced trailer showcases a lot of Masala which intrigues the audience. Besides Janhvi, the film also features actor Gulshan Devaiah in a crucial role. Janhvi shows everyone that she is afraid of taking up challenging roles and she is leaned towards women-centeic roles.
Janhvi Kapoor’s debut Bollywood film was Dhadak, a romance drama. She has been a part of films like Gunjan Saxena, Roohi, Mili, and most recently, Mr. & Mrs. Mahi. Janhvi’s movied are quite different from the mainstream and massy Bollywood which choose to be the part of her contemporaries. Bawal was also a different love story but received a backlash for its concept.
Ulajh has been directed by National Film Award winner Sudhanshu Saria. The story has been written by Parvez Sheikh. The movie also features actors like Adil Hussain, Roshan Mathew, and Rajesh Tailing. In addition, Meiyang Chang is also a part of this talented cast. Ulajh’s synopsis states that it is to focus on a young IFS officer along with a family legacy of patriots which has been entangled in a dangerous personal conspiracy amidst a career-defining post far away from her home. The movie is hit the theatres on August 2.
