Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah fans were excited after hearing the news of the possibilities of the comeback for Gurucharan Singh aka Sodhi. For this, a meeting have been arranged for Tuesday.
Suddenly on April 22, 2024, Gurucharan Singh got missed and hence grabbed a lot of attention and this news went viral like wildfire. The actor’s family along with his parents got concerned about his whereabouts. After almost a month, the actor returned to his home and said that he have gone on a spiritual trip. Many called this to be his publicity stunt.
Few days back, Gurucharan claimed that he has received a text from the producer Asit Modi and said he wants to meet him. He also sparked the rumours of his comeback and hence fans got excited. Yesterday, the meeting has been arranged and the founder of Neela Film Production has issued a clarification.
Asit Kumar Modi has shared in an official statement, “For me, Sodhi is like my family. He was associated with us for a long period of time. After leaving the show for personal reasons, he used to come to meet me whenever he used to visit Mumbai. I was worried about him for what he did sometime back, and out of concern, I messaged him. Gurucharan Singh along with his fans have been hopeful for his return to the show. But sadly that is not happening any time soon!
On the other hand, Gurucharan Singh opened up about his replacement with Balvinder Singh as Mr Sodhi in the show. He said that has not heard good reviews from people and he also thinks that fans have not accepted him for the role yet.
